I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the WiFi worked great, making it very comfortable for a good rest after walking in Machu Picchu. However, the rooms were adjacent to a central courtyard, which was very loud in the mornings and some parts were dirty and freezing.

The staff asked if we could take a packed breakfast due to an early start for trekking, and they were helpful, especially those there in the evenings. However, some staff members were useless.

The dining consisted of fresh fruit, juice, coffee, assorted breads, eggs & sausage most mornings, which exceeded expectations. However, breakfast was unfortunately not available until late, causing inconvenience.

I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were very clean with lovely comfy beds, and the staff were great and very helpful. The location was ideal, very close to the main plaza and restaurants. However, the dining experience could be improved as the options were limited, and the lack of hot water was disappointing.
